About Myself
My Practice
In my practice and in my life, I continuously seek a broader and deeper understanding of health, well-being, and our body-mind system as a reflection of this miraculous universe we find ourselves in. With numerous modalities in the toolbox, I offer a customized treatment plan to fit each individual’s interests and needs. I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way.
I've been practicing Chinese Medicine for over 25 years, nationally certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology (NCCAOM), and board certified by the California Acupuncture Board. After completing my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1996 from ACTCM in San Francisco, during the months studying for Acupuncture boards, I discovered the practice of Breema, and have been a devoted practitioner and instructor from that time on. I am experienced in treating a wide range of issues, including digestive complaints, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, depression and addiction, as well as chronic and acute pain or injury.

Other interests
My interest in Asian culture began three decades ago with the practice of Aikido, Tai Chi and Qi Gong, deepened as I studied Mandarin and lived in China for two years, and found expression in the practice of Chinese medicine and Japanese taiko and dance. Outside of the clinic, I devote myself to instructing Breema bodywork, dancing, drumming, learning new things, and spending time in nature.
